I was lead to believe from the description that I was buying a new phone. This was not a new phone! It had been used somewhere in the UK by a company called "Three.co.uk" and had their logo programmed into the phone, in fact it also had a UK phone number programmed into it for voice mail! It would NOT work with my local cell provided until I paid additionally to have the network settings correctly entered. Aside from that the phone failed after about six months; the voice (mic) does not work any longer.On a positive note, the folks at Three.co.uk had evidently upgraded the OS to 2.3!

I needed a portable wifi to connect my laptop and a good MP3 player and naturally a mobile phone, it works nicely, but I wish the music player had more power.
