If you're looking for a good phone for a teenager to use to talk and text or if you're looking for a cute texting phone, you're looking in the right place.I don't have any use for a smartphone plan because I'm always around a computer anyways so I decided to look around for a nice looking feature phone with a slide out keyboard. After going through the samsung evergreen (not the nicest design), pantech laser (horrid battery life), and the samsung star 2 (impossible to text with), I found this phone.The battery life without texting or calling lasts me about a week before having to charge. With heavy texting and talking I have to recharge it after 3-4 days.The touch screen uses resistive technology that is still pretty responsive. I never struggled with navigating around the menus. The home screen has 5 different screens that are further extended to 7 I believe where you can place widgets and shortcuts. Sliding the phone open even allows shortcuts to your messages or text conversations.In terms of extra features, there is an FM radio, MP3 player, and other tools found in typical cell phones. Interestingly, there's also a fake caller option. Do you ever find yourself in that situation where some weirdo is talking to you and you just gotta go? Hold the DOWN volume key on the side for a few seconds and the fake person you set up will call you! No more creepers wasting your time. No more advertisers stopping you on the street. Get out of troublesome situations TODAY!The phone only comes with a 2 MP camera but if you are determined to get high quality shots, use the money on a professional camera.The keyboard works great. It has all the regular QWERTY essentials and a directional keypad as well. Sliding the phone is sturdy and I never felt any weakness when I open and close it (which I do out of habit when I'm playing around).During calls I never had trouble hearing the other person and they always heard me clearly as well. Even playing music comes out great for a phone.Form factor wise the front is very simple and looks great. When opened, the phone still looks great. It doesn't have that weird double egg shape that most side-sliding phones have. The micro USB charging port is protected by a closing shutter so say goodbye to those rubber cover protectors that are weird to open and sometimes a nuisance. Lastly there's the mouthpiece near the bottom and volume keys on the side.So far I've seen the phone come in dark blue, black, and white. I personally chose the white because it looks great and its rare to see a white phone nowadays (unless its in a case).Overall if you're looking for a great texting phone, good call quality, many fun features (fake call haha), strong battery life, and an overall attractive device, I definitely recommend you get this phone.

An elegant, easy to use and dependable cel phone. Very easy to carry in your pocket. Small but powerful. An eye catching unit. You can tell anyone it cost you $199.00 because it is what it looks like. If you need a fine gift for a demanding person, this is the one you need. And the price?...you won't believe it!

Phone is so small for an adult. It is more for a teenager. Was not pleased s I sent it back.
