Hello my name is sharee magrithis has nothing to do with this item but this is the only way i can get hold of you regarding my problem a couple of weeks ago i purchased one of your pink 7inch android tablets, i am very disappointed as from the beginning the charger did not fit properly but i managed to get it to charge little bits at a time, it now does not charge at all and refuses to come on, i am very disappointed and would like to know what can you do DRACOTEK?and would also like to apolagise for putting it on a different item but i can not find the item i purchased sold by youplease reply to sharee_magri94@hotmail.co.ukthanks
