By upset customer
Received the phone on the 9th. Worked fine, had trouble opening the part to charge the phone. Tonight completely lost it. The piece inside needed to charge phone is gone, and now my phone will not charge, even on the speaker. Very upset. Spent $150.00 for a refurbished phone, was not expecting for it to stop working 2 days later! Heated. Will be sending the phone back.
